Built for creators who want clearer YouTube CPM numbers

ytcpm.online is a free YouTube CPM and RPM calculator. Most "earnings" tools show a single global average; ad rates actually depend on where your viewers are and what your content is about. This tool models both, then converts reference-page values into indicative local currencies. See our sources and limitations; benchmarks are not measured averages or a live data feed.

What you get

  • Separate CPM and RPM calculators using report inputs, plus a long-form earnings estimator with audience-country, niche, season and ad-fill assumptions.
  • Benchmark reference pages with indicative local-currency conversions and a USD cross-check.
  • Reference pages for every country and niche, each with rank, earnings presets and FAQs.
  • A free Channel Auditor that reads any public YouTube channel and reports its videos, playlists, tags, keywords, best and worst performers plus clearly labeled revenue scenarios.
  • Focused calculators for Shorts earnings, views to money, revenue goals, CPM-to-RPM modelling, sponsorship quotes, engagement rate and watch time.
  • An anonymous calculation API usage monitor, not a connected YouTube channel monitor.

Who these tools are for

A creator comparing two sponsorship offers, a manager sanity-checking a pitch before it goes out, or a beginner who typed "how much does YouTube pay for 1,000 views" into a search engine and received a confident number with no visible assumptions. The last case is the one that motivated this site. Most earnings calculators show a single global average and hide the inputs, so the answer looks precise while the model behind it is not.

Every calculator here is built the other way round: the formula is written on the page, the assumption you chose is labelled as an assumption, and the result is a scenario you can change. If you know your own measured RPM from YouTube Studio, the report-based calculators will use that number directly instead of a model. If you do not, the benchmark pages give you a range and the reasoning behind it, so you can judge whether the range is plausible for your audience.

The Channel Auditor extends the same idea to other people's channels. It reads only what YouTube already publishes for everyone, so it can tell you how often a channel publishes, which formats travel and which repeated phrases carry the views. It cannot show you a real channel's private analytics, and it never pretends to.

How the numbers are maintained

Country and niche ranges are directional planning assumptions, updated for the 2026 snapshot. They are not independently verified market averages, not a live advertising feed and not a statement of what YouTube will pay a particular channel. Creator revenue also depends on ad fill, viewer device mix, format, season and eligible revenue sources that no public table can fully capture.

The methodology page documents the formulas, the seasonality multipliers and the foreign-exchange handling, and the sources page lists the official YouTube and Google documentation behind every metric definition, plus the limitations we are explicit about. If a range looks wrong for your channel, the fastest route to a correction is the contact page.

What we do not do

  • We do not store accounts, emails, or IP addresses with your calculations.
  • We do not claim these estimates are your actual AdSense payout.
  • We do not hide the method — the full formula lives on the methodology page.

Keep us honest

If you have first-party earnings data that contradicts a range, tell us. Include a source, date and the exact statement. Our sources page explains what is documented and what remains a directional model.
