01Using the service

These terms apply to the ytcpm.online website, calculators, guides and public API. Use the service only where lawful and in accordance with these terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

02Calculations and estimates

The earnings estimator and country/niche pages use directional assumptions, not verified individual-channel earnings or a promise of payment. The dedicated CPM/RPM calculators apply formulas to inputs you supply; they do not verify the accuracy, currency, date range or scope of your reports.

You are responsible for using matching report inputs and checking important results against your own YouTube Studio records. Read the Disclaimer and Methodology before relying on a forecast.

03Currencies, reporting periods and translations

Use a single currency for each revenue numerator and match the denominator to the same reporting period and content scope. A currency symbol does not establish an official exchange rate. Local-currency forecasts use the assumptions explained in Methodology and are not executable exchange quotes.

These policies are published in English. Browser or third-party translations may change technical or legal meaning. Ask us about an unclear passage rather than treating an automated translation as a professionally verified legal version.

04International visitors and mandatory local rules

The site is accessible internationally, but access does not mean every feature is suitable, available or lawful in every place. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use, including rights in material you choose to reproduce.

Nothing here is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections or access to remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. These terms do not impose a new exclusive court, arbitration arrangement or governing jurisdiction. A cross-border dispute requires consideration of the actual operator, visitor and applicable rules.

05Channel audits and paid depth

The Channel Auditor reports public YouTube data. It does not reveal a channel's actual CPM, RPM, ad impressions, audience-country mix, retention or revenue, and the modelled figures it shows are estimates, not measured earnings. Do not use an audit, or any keyword, ranking or performance statement it produces, as a guarantee of income, a verified search-volume figure or evidence of a YouTube ranking.

Channel audits are free and cover the full public channel. If optional paid features are introduced later, they will be described on this page before they activate, and access will depend on a confirmed payment. The service may adjust quotas and limits for availability and API cost.

06Acceptable use and API access

Do not overload the service, bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. Do not present model estimates as official YouTube data or impersonate this service.

The calculation API currently limits requests to 60 per minute per IP address in each application instance. Limits and access may change to protect availability. Automated search indexing of public pages is not prohibited by this clause; follow robots.txt and use reasonable request rates.

07Content and third-party rights

Respect copyright and other rights in site content and third-party material. You may link to the website and quote short excerpts with attribution where permitted by applicable law. Contact us for substantial republication. Any separately published software license governs the code to which that license applies.

YouTube, Google and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

08Availability and external links

We may update, suspend or discontinue features or correct content. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or accuracy, to the extent permitted by law. External websites have their own terms; linking to a source does not make us responsible for its service.

09Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ytcpm.online is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No earnings or business outcome is guaranteed.

10Reporting misuse, errors and accessibility issues

Send the page URL and a concise description to [email protected] when reporting inaccurate content, suspected misuse or an accessibility barrier. Do not include exploit payloads, credentials or private reports in a public message. A report does not authorize testing that disrupts the service.
