YouTube Sponsorship Rate Calculator
Build a YouTube sponsorship quote from expected views, a negotiated sponsor CPM, production costs and rights fees. No invented market rates or guaranteed deals.

Your scenario
Prefilled values are hypothetical. Replace them with your own figures.
Use comparable recent videos, not subscriber count.
Your negotiation input, not YouTube ad CPM or a verified market recommendation.

The formula
Quote = expected views ÷ 1,000 × proposed sponsor CPM + production fee + rights fee
Build a transparent proposal from your own pricing inputs. Sponsorships are negotiated commercial agreements, not YouTube ad payouts. Amounts are USD, before taxes and costs.
Worked example
How the sponsorship quote calculation works
With 50,000 expected views, a hypothetical negotiated $20 sponsor CPM, $200 production fee and no rights fee, the quote is $1,200. This is an example pricing structure, not a market valuation.
Sponsor CPM is not advertiser CPM in Studio
A sponsor buys a negotiated integration or deliverable directly. Studio advertiser CPM measures a different advertising system. Do not use a country ad-CPM table as an automatic sponsorship price list. The prefilled sponsor CPM is only an arithmetic example.
Price the scope, not just the view count
Audience fit, integration length, revisions, production complexity, exclusivity, usage duration and paid-media rights can materially change a proposal. The flat fee fields let you record negotiated scope without pretending a public formula can value all of these factors.
Use evidence and written terms
Choose expected views from comparable recent uploads and explain the measurement window to the sponsor. Agree on deliverables, payment schedule and any make-good terms in writing. This calculator does not guarantee views, brand interest or a legal agreement. Check the applicable paid-promotion disclosure rules.
Frequently asked questions
How much should I charge for a YouTube sponsorship?
There is no universal price. Use expected comparable views, a proposed sponsor CPM and scope-based fees to prepare a negotiation starting point, then validate against your own deal evidence.
Is the example $20 sponsor CPM a benchmark?
No. It is a hypothetical editable input, not a measured average or recommendation for a particular niche, country or channel.
Does the quote include taxes or agency fees?
Not automatically. Account for taxes, agency commissions and other costs separately according to your contract and circumstances.
