YouTube Views to Money Calculator
Convert YouTube views to estimated money using your own RPM. Compare 1K, 10K, 100K and 1M views, with transparent examples and no fixed-payout claims.

Your scenario
Prefilled values are hypothetical. Replace them with your own figures.
Use matching long-form views; for Shorts use the separate engaged-view tool.
Use your own after-share RPM. The prefilled $3 is a hypothetical example.

Transparent calculation
Estimated creator revenue
$300.00
The formula
Revenue = video views ÷ 1,000 × creator RPM
Views alone cannot reveal a channel's actual earnings. Supply a matching creator RPM to calculate a transparent revenue scenario. Amounts are USD, before taxes and costs.
Worked example
How the views to money calculation works
At an assumed $3 RPM: 1,000 views imply $3; 10,000 imply $30; 100,000 imply $300; and 1,000,000 imply $3,000. Changing RPM changes every scenario proportionally.
1K, 10K, 100K and 1 million views: example scenarios
Illustrations at three assumed RPMs—not verified country averages or guaranteed payouts. USD, before expenses and taxes.
| Views | $1 RPM | $3 RPM | $5 RPM |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $1 | $3 | $5 |
| 10,000 | $10 | $30 | $50 |
| 100,000 | $100 | $300 | $500 |
| 1,000,000 | $1,000 | $3,000 | $5,000 |
How much does YouTube pay per view?
YouTube does not pay a universal amount for each view. Audience location, ad demand, content, format, season and eligible revenue sources affect RPM. A hypothetical $3 RPM is $0.003 per matching view, not an official platform rate.
Choose ad-only or total RPM consistently
Studio RPM can include ads, YouTube Premium, memberships and other eligible revenue. If your goal is advertising income only, use a matching ad-only revenue-per-view calculation. Do not add memberships again to a projection that already includes them in RPM.
Use country and niche scenarios carefully
Audience-country and niche tables elsewhere on this site are directional model assumptions, not measured universal rates. Use them for sensitivity comparisons, then validate against your own Studio reports. Creator residence does not determine the location of viewers.
Frequently asked questions
How much money is 100,000 YouTube views?
At a hypothetical $3 creator RPM, the result is $300. There is no fixed payment: replace $3 with your own matching RPM.
Can I calculate earnings from subscribers?
Not reliably. Subscriber counts do not reveal views, eligible revenue, advertiser demand or RPM. This tool requires views and an explicit RPM assumption.
Are the results before or after tax?
They are before your expenses, taxes and any withholding. Creator RPM reflects the source report's platform sharing but does not establish take-home profit.
